GRN - Sydney

Can anyone please help with the GRN frequencies for Sydney City. I have a Uniden Digital Scanner, and I don't know how to set up the system from scratch. If anyone could provide me with the freq. eg. voice ch. and control ch.

How do you set up the beginning (1. New System, 2. Conventional, MOT, EDCS, LT. 3. Step 3??????)

It would be great if someone could help with the first few steps and freqs. I can probably do the rest from there.
